Can't say enough good things about my experience with Multi Autos. First off, I was buying the car long distance so most of the work was done over the phone or via email. Once we agreed on the terms, they were extremely accommodating. JZ handled the sale and all the interaction during the buying process, really gave it a personal touch. I flew in to drive the car home and he picked me up from the airport, bought me a coffee and had the car ready for the 500 mile road trip home. Speaking of the car, which was what really started the whole thing, it's performed flawlessly so far. Handled the road trip home and the extra 500ish miles I've already managed to put on the car no problem, drives like it just came off the assembly line. Stopped off at a couple places recommended by JZ as it was my first time in Chicago. Beginning to end, great buying experience, well worth the trip!

Recently purchased my dream car at Multi Auto, 2013 Scion FR-S. Ali and his staff did a great job in assisting me and helped me leave with a great price. The car had its defects however we talked about everything and they did their best to fix the imperfections which was greatly appreciated. Great place to get a car, variety of vehicles and prices.

Recently purchased a 2001 Lexus IS 300. Great car. Very clean. Obviously well taken care of, there was not a crack in the dash and the seats were in excellent condition for a 2001. There was a miscommunication about a set of additional Lexus wheels and all-terrain tires but they quickly resolve the miscommunication and I hope the wheels and tires are on the way as we had discussed before me writing this review. People are not perfect and miscommunications will happen. Other than that I am pleased with the purchase, and the interactions with the guys at multi auto in Illinois.
